Mending Workshop with Jenette Catherine: Wednesday November 5th

A beginner friendly mending workshop that starts at the basics, from tools of the trade to how to thread a needle. 

Bring your own garment/s in need of love, mending supplies will be provided. 

We will start with a show and tell, then some basics like how to choose your repair style and materials as well as universally useful stitches. Then we will get more specific based on what items we have to mend! Examples of skills include; sewing patches, buttons and invisible hems, darning (knitwear) and visible mending. 

Please do not bring items with broken zippers!
